C.N. Yang Lecture is a tribute to Professor Chen Ning Yang, a native son of the city of Hefei and a giant in physics, who passed away in October last year at the age of 103. This Lecture is a celebration of C.N. Yang’s lifelong dedication to global scientific and academic exchange.  The inaugural speaker of the C.N. Yang Lecture is Prof. Jun Ye.

The Lecture is hosted by the Institute for Mathematics and Fundamental Physics, IMFP, a young institute established only last year. We focus on theoretical research in mathematics and physics, with plans to expand into information science, biology, and related fields.
